Contract Canine’s T.O.T.A.L.™ Client Satisfaction program has been established to ensure our clients receive compassion, integrity and respect while being provided the best possible detection dog service guarantee in the industry. Contract Canine’s friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff will work diligently to consistently provide T.O.T.A.L.™ Client Satisfaction in the following categories:

(T): Total Privacy & Complete Anonymity

Every interaction conducted with Contract Canine is held in the strictest of confidence. Your privacy is important to us and will be treated as such. It doesn’t matter whether you’re making just an inquiry or retaining our services for years. It’s no ones business but yours! We will never discuss who we provide services too or if anything we found without your permission.

(O): Organized & Detailed Reporting Practices

When our detection dog services are completed, our handlers organize and prepare a detailed report of service. This report paints a picture of  the; Who, What, When, Where, Why and How of the service we performed for you.  This report is used in-house to prepare invoices and is provided to you along with your receipt for services rendered. We will ensue that all of our reporting and record keeping will be organized and detailed.

(T): Timely Response to Inquiries & Concerns.

Every ones time is valuable and we are committed to providing a timely response to each inquiry we receive while making your concerns our priority. Our staff will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours of receipt. In most cases sooner, if possible. Focusing on exceptional customer service is our standard of practice.

(A): Accurate Billing & Accounting

Contract Canine commits to maintaining an accurate and streamlined billing and accounting process. We will provide detailed, up-to-date data using modern and secure technology that is accurate, simple to use and easy to understand.

(L): Legal & Ethical Services

Contract Canine will always perform its services in a legal and ethical manner. We will never violate the individual rights of others. We will always conform to and never violate local, state or federal laws during the performance of our duties.
