General Service Overview

Contract Canine’s detection dog services are available to anyone for any lawful purpose. Our services are scheduled on a first come, first served basis Monday-Friday from 9am to 5pm within Our Standard Service Area. To meet special scheduling requirements we offer extended service hours between 6am to 9am and 5pm to 12 midnight at an additional charge. Public safety clients have access to our detection dog services twenty-four (24) hours a day seven (7) days a week, three hundred sixty-five (365) days a year.

Service Rates

Our goal is to provide superior detection dog services at rates that can’t be beat. Our  Price Match Guarantee states if you receive a lower price in writing on an identical detection dog service from a licensed competitor, we will not only match that price we will beat it. It’s just that simple!

Our specially priced Residential Drug Detection Dog Solution packages have been created specifically to give parents additional resources for a drug free home. Just like parents, small business owner’s also have challenges when it come to Drug-free Workplace Solutions.We offer several different flat rate solutions that will meet your needs.

If you’re a small business owner or a fortune five-hundred corporation we can create a cost-effect solution tailed to your specific goals and objectives. We treat your situation unique and individualize our services in the most cost-effective manner possible. It doesn’t matter if require our services for one day or for one year. Billing

Contract Canine participates in the green building initiative for small businesses. When possible all our invoices, billing statements and other direct client communications are sent electronically out of respect for the environment. Our standard billing practice is on-demand billing otherwise know as; “Pay As You Go”. Electronic invoices are generated when services are scheduled and sent to you via email.

Small business owners and corporate clients who have been pre-approved, will be allowed to  participate in a Net-15, Net-30 or Net-60 day invoicing program. Small business owners and corporate clients may apply for a net-account at any time. Current clients participating in on-demand billing who are in good standing, may apply for a Net account by contacting their client service representative.

Local, State and Federal agencies will automatically receive thirty (30) day invoicing. Local, State and Federal agencies obtaining services through GSA Scheduling programs are processed under the terms set forth under GSA Schedule 84: 426.2A – Canine Search and Detection program rules.

Payments

All “Pay As You Go” accounts must be current and paid in full prior to rendering of any services. Payments are processed electronically through a third-party processor. Payments are made by clicking on the “Pay My Bill” hyperlink within the invoice you received via email. Acceptable forms of payment include; Credit & Debit Cards from MasterCard®, Visa®, American Express® and Discover®. Small business owners and corporate client payments are mas as established and outlined within their respective service agreement.

In return, participating clients agree to promote Contract Canine and our services on social media platforms. For a limited time participants openly share information on their experience with our company and the services they received. Additional, they allow us to share basic information about them and publish their stories during marketing campaign’s. Some clients agree to be used as a point of reference allowing prospective clients to freely contact them to verify their overall satisfaction. Anyone may apply.
